Our Process
Step 1: The Repair Request
Answer the following questions and email them to AJ@integratedrollershades.com
1. What is the address of the shade repair?
2. What type of shades are affected? How many?
3. What happened to the shade(s)? For how long?
4. Has anyone else come to look at your shade(s) in question?
5. Please include pictures of the shade(s) AND the area that they are located.
Step 2: The High-Level Overview
After reviewing your email and the pictures / video included we will call you to ask questions and make clarifications to assess what is needed. After our phone call we will issue you a proposal that describes the problem discussed and our plan of action.
We require a signed proposal & a deposit to issue an appointment / work order.
Step 3: The Repair Appointment
Please ensure that building security / facilities is aware of our appointment. Please ensure that the work area is vacant during our appointment time and that the workspace is obstruction free for us to work safely & efficiently. Additional work that was not defined in the work order can be added to the existing work order and performed with a SIGNED Change Order. The work order / proposal balance is due at the end of the repair appointment.
